    Last Day for submission of entries for ADASTRA'05 is FEB 7th 2005.So Hurry up!!!


    Paper presentation
    The National Level Technical Paper Contest aims at showcasing the technical Knowledge and expertise of the students. Papers are accepted from various disciplines of engineering and are selected on a department-wise basis.


    Poster presentation
    The Poster Presentation contest enables the students to share their knowledge in an informative, albeit interactive and creative manner. The papers will be scrutinized for the paper and postercompetition together and the category evaluated based on the content.


    Mini projects
    The mini projects competition is aimed at simulating the ingenuity and adroitness of a student, in order to put his technical knowledge into practical use and come up with some really innovative projects.


    C programming contest
    The C programming contest aims at testing the student’s expertise in C language and also the programming skills of the student. An instantaneous problem description is given and the student is expected to come up with an optimized solution to the problem thereby using his analytical skills effectively.


    Quiz competition
    The quiz competition provides a fun way of testing student’s knowledge about the world around us.

    Young Manager contest
    An Innovative concept added this year to the ADASTRA aims at testing the managerial aspects of a student. This is done by making the student go through phases like aptitude test, Group discussions and interviews which all simulate the rigorous practices that a reputed B-School would conduct.
    Young Manager contest is Sponsored by Cerebral Heights.


    Web Designing contest
    Theme:
    Build a website for a technical symposium being held by your college. The websites will be judged on the following criteria (given in the order of priority)

    • Presentation
    • Content
    • Ease of Navigation
    • Creativity
    • Interactivity
    • Loading time
    Participants need to build their website and upload it to any free web hosting site. Only the link to the homepage of the site is to be mailed to adastra05@rediffmail.com
